After a year and a half in greenlight, I have 150 people to like my game (and wishes to buy it) and receive 2 fans.
Life can be a struggle, but when you see entrance opened - why not use it and push forward stalled project.
I paid all fees and filled documents. One week later (I hope) BoomTris will come to steam and early access for 5-6 months to polish it on user feedback and bring my vision to life again.
Current art is enough to build a full game (currently it has only main screen and one battle level).
This so encourages me - I can go to steam. I have enough money to pay myself, but Valve was generous to offer me ability to refund/transfer greenlight fee to direct.
BoomTris and I coupled together and tried to go away, but always return to it again. Wish to finish it and move on. If it will be successful enough, I can hire some help and build franchise on top of it.
