im having the same problem, can't get the key or fire extingusher. the hint keeps saying look at the billboard. i did igot the guard roster but still he won't give me key. thanx

You have to look at the billboard on the left of the Scene with the three guards! Then, you will be able to take the guards Log from it. With that log, you will have to solve a puzzle to know which code you have to give to the guard who has the key!

Ok, i managed to get the key.
Now i cant get the fire estinguisher.
And i wonder what is serum holder for.
Please, help, i dont know what to do.

If you are still stuck in the game, you need to start a fire in order to get the fire extinguisher!
