Level Designers located Anywhere .

I'm looking for a talented, enthusiastic level designer who is very familiar with the Unreal Engine to help me realise an Audio implementation showcase. No professional experience required but please ensure you have the ability to carry out the things listed below.
My idea for the project is a number of small environments that the player can walk through, and within each environment will be a range of game objects for me to demonstrate my range of audio implementation skills.
For example:
A room with different surfaces on the floor
A firing range with several types of guns you can shoot (shotgun, machine gun, pistol, laser gun/futuristic weapon).
A room where you can cast spells (Elemental spells - ice, fire, etc.)
A convincing immersive forest with a river running through it.
A living room area.
A room with a car you can drive around.
A room with some physics objects (barrels etc) that you can knock around.
If possible I would like it if the player could play 2D platformer on a screen within the 3D unreal world
The ability to teleport to any of these locations from a central hub.
Screen in each room/environment that I can play behind the scenes videos on.
Different types of doors to connect these sections - a traditional wooden door, a scifi hydraulic ascending door, a stone tomb door, etc. (These doors must be done as an animation, not a matinee or triggered vector track movement.)
To be clear, all I need from the Unreal Designer is to simply build this level. There may be a few simple blueprints required for some parts but all assets and animations you use don't have to be created by you. Any royalty free content you wish to use is absolutely fine.
It is also very important that you don't put in any of the audio or any blueprinting for anything audio related - as I will have to do this.
Lastly, if you do apply then I will read every application properly and make a fair and considered choice.
