The Lord of the Rings: The Strategy Game - Programmers and Designers job

We are looking for people who would like to join the development of "The Lord of the Rings: The Strategy Game". We need designers (2D/3D) and programmers.

Game Features:
- Both Strategy and RPG features
- Single and Multiplayer versions
- Different platforms: Windows, Mac, Unix...
- To decide: 2D or 3D User Interface

Designers' responsabilities:
- Character graphics creations (2D)
- Cities graphics creations (2D)
- Map / Hexes graphics creations (2D or 3D, to decide)
- Icons
- Game Effects
- User Interface
- etc.

Programmers' responsabilities:
- Game Logic implementation
- Database
- Artificial Intelligence and decision-tree implementation

This is by now a volunteer position and by now it´s a non-commercial game. If reached a point, we consider the game could go commercial, we will discuss the prices, based on the result and a market study, and we will set the remuneration.
