Hi my names Jake, I'm 16. I've been a gamer since I was 4 and a writer for 4 years, needless to say I love games and also writing. Why not mix both? Anyway enough about me, I'll tell you what my plan is, I want to build a mech game, that will blow all other mech based games out of the water, every part is customize-able, every weapon is upgrade-able, I have written up so many spreadsheets and data regarding this game and its practical to say that the framework for the entire game will be finished this month. However, I'm a designer without any programmers, artist, modelers or sound directors. Sure, my friends all want to be voice actors but that doesn't help when you have no one building the game. If your interested in the game, if you want to break limits and come work with me then send me a skype request with your name age and the amount of time you will spend working on this project.
The goal is to get an alpha done and then put the game on kick starter to get funds for paying off you and anyone else who joins.

The game is set on an Earth where a meteor has melted the polar ice caps, most of the world is flooded and a chain of islands know as the cage islands is humanity's last stand. The people there have lived inside of the force walls that surround each island all their lives, every time they try to expand too far or venture too far inland mechanized robots kill them without any remorse. But now the cycle of killing has ended and the robots are getting more aggressive, humanity might just be on its path to extinction. That's when a mysterious organization know only as "The Council" awakens you from cryogenic stasis and has you and your exosuit fight against the robots that terrorize the island. From there exploration is up to you, you can follow along the two main quest lines or explore the open world.

The main systems in this game that I hope will draw in players are the following:
No XP System, the entire game is based off of resources and currency, as well as blueprints you get from killing enemies and completing quests. This gives the game a bit more realism to it and rewards those who actualy put in effort with better loot a gear.
Customization is a key factor, with over 300+ parts currently on the list, we can make a wophing total of 300 billion different mech combinations. Not including weapons, internal systems, paints and other unplaned features to be added later.
5 massive islands to explore with sprawling ocean reagons to venture into and find unique resorces. Each island has different enemys and each island has drops you can only find on that island. That means players will have to explore and if not they will have to trade with players to get loot not found elsewhere.
Pilot controls, aside from being in your mech, there are areas where you can walk around as your pilot to make you feel like your a human inside a giant robot and not just a giant robot.
Class and Tier system, this system involves making your mech bigger, with the smallest size being 5 feet and the largest size being 80 feet you can see the massive difference while playing the game and other players casting massive shadows over you are constant reminders of what comes next.
Classes are how big the mech is, but teirs determine how strong a mech is and how much you can upgrade, the more you increase its teir the more you can make it stronger without having to make it bigger.
6 kinds of mech, from western style, to Japanese style mechas we plan to have a large pool of variation when the game is finished.
Finally, we plan on introducing interesting features such as transforming, combining and the ability to call in equipment backpacks that attach to the back of you mech in combat and can be switched out for other equipment packs.
