Hello everyone, my name is Alberto Muratore and I come from Italy.
For some months I'm developed Abstract Arena, a computer game made with GameMaker: Studio with whom I participated in the GameMaker Italia Competition 2016, classifying third.

Abstract Arena is an action-shooter type game with a top-down view. Players can use a shortlist of six ships, all with unique and balanced skills, to clash in the arena during matches up to 6 opponents. You can defeat the CPU to 5 levels of difficulty or challenge a friend in split-screen multiplayer battles. The minimal graphics is combined with the gameplay style and the sci-fi genre music accompanies the battles accentuating the action on screen. The sound effects and music were entirely made for the occasion by two talented Hungarian musicians with whom I maintained contact.
You can find the SoundCloud of one of them here: Soundcloud.com
Making good usage of the advices received after the competition I decided to continue the development of my project at least until late summer. I intend to open a IndieDB page and a website to promote it, continuing to add modes, contents and improvements to the game until September, when it will try to achieve a place on the Steam store trough a Greenlight campaign.
During this path I need the help of some people, which should play a key role that I am not able to cover.

I need:
- A web designer: a person who has a good aesthetic taste and know how to structure a website of this type and purpose. I will take care personally of the actual making of the site, I would like to have a conceptual guide to follow. This job is temporary and, of course, does not require continuity.

- A social media manager: someone who can manage the various Facebook and/or Twitter pages of the game and is able to interact properly to the public. This person should have some consistency and demonstrate a lot of interest in the project.

- A trailer designer and editor: the person that has good skills in video editing with the resources given to him and know how to structure it; he also interacts with the sound engineers.

- A team of testers: a group of people who play the game regularly and give an honest feedback. They can also give direct advice and participate in possible surveys.

Me and these people we will coordinate through a Facebook group, where we will keep us updated and share opinions about the game. If we could really get to Steam we can talk about money, but for now I can not offer money to cover these roles, but the possibility to count this experience within the portfolio and a space in the acknowledgments. The costs for the website maintenance, servers for online component of the game and the Greenlight fee are on me.
