Greetings everyone,
We're of course are an Independent Development Group or as people refer to as an Indie Studio that makes Games for a living. We're called Cup of Tea Games and we're a starter group looking for people who are interested in committing their time and expertise into creating games and media entertainment and subsequently making money out of it. Before you continue any further ladies and gents this is a Revenue Share Model for now. With plans to later grow into a monthly pay if everything goes according to plan. So if you're perfectly fine with that then keep reading. This Ad is targeted to individuals who's main priority is to get things out there and to be skilled in one or more of these skills we seek :
These are the minimum requirements, if you have any extra skills then don't hesitate to include them in your super sophisticated resume. (We do ask for sophistication as well.) : PR Management, Finances Management.
Responsibilities :
1.) PR Manager - Be able to actively promote our games & content across our Social Media Pages(Twitter, Youtube, CTG Website) and manage them. Furthermore, be able to dig deep and find new pages to publish content for Cup of Tea Games as well as form contacts when necessary. You will also need to provide regular content in Youtube and Twitter on a weekly basis at least, as well as regularly publish new posts on our Developer Blog in our website.
2.) Finances Management : Be able to come up with new ways to financially support Cup of Tea Games taking advantage of merchandising, Mini Game Projects with aims of financial support, management of services such as Patreon and others, etc.
What do we do, exactly? :
We're a small group of people who get together physically and/or remotely using internet based communication applications to make Game Projects in Unity's Engine and make YouTube Videos to provide media entertainment in ways we just find interesting. Some of us would work on the games while others tend to make youtube videos not necessarily related to our own content such as Let's Plays or original videos. We do combine the revenue from our game content and our Youtube content in order to supply the group itself and the individuals get their rev share. We also have online shops in which would help support Cup of Tea Games.
Schedules :
First off, we know how it is to join a team and have absolutely no idea what to do or have a vague understanding of what to do. So to solve that we have to-do lists and means of communication that connects the whole team together. Since we're human and have a life to live, we have flexible schedules that could adjust to your lifestyle although we have weekly meetings so be ready for that. So as soon as you join and depending what's your predetermined destiny, you'll instantly have things to do. Time Zone is GMT(-4) generally and do weekly meeting via skype in Thursdays. The rest is specified via interview.

Keep in mind that although we're officially starting out as an official group, that does not mean we're inexperienced with things like Team Management, Game Production, PR Management, etc. We're literally a group of 6 people and have worked separately with other groups or companies and have our own experience there. We're looking to expand the family to those who have the passion of making games and hopefully have an interesting sense of humor.
