My name is Evan and I am a sound designer. I have extensive experience in sound design for video games, animation video, commercials and films. I am currently in the process of starting a new team to make games. Note that this job is not currently paid, therefore any benefits would come from any games we make. I am looking for people who are extremely passionate about making games and want to be a part of the gaming industry, work hard in order to achieve the goals of the team and are willing to spend time in order to produce high quality games.
My course of action for the team would be to assemble a small team of people in order to have a full functioning team. Then we would begin the process of making a small game to see how the team members can work together and where each member's strengths and weaknesses lie. After that we should start focusing on making bigger games, with full production cycles, in addition to trying to get projects from third-party clients.
