Action Adventure Rpg with Rogue like elements being created in Unreal Engine 4. Hello we are currently in need of 2 programmers an animator a character model designer and a landscape designer. We are also open to more joining our team depending on their specialties and skills, Like someone who makes automated code and apps. Our current status is having 3 programmers 4 graphic artists, 3 concept artists, 2 composers with musician teams under them, 2 writers and a world concept and design specialist. Our current team size is 14 people. We are all working towards a percentage of the project. The percentage is based on amount each individual has done for the project.

We have met with many dev teams and sponsors as well as some talented individuals looking to join a dev team because of it. Until we have a stable demo version ready we wont Make a Kickstarter with the goal of reaching it's funds mark. Our sponsors also give a bulk of funds at a playable demo release which will be dependent on the amount of which they enjoy the demo. We can not disclose our sponsors to non team members at this time. We currently have 3, we are currently in the workings of having an additional 7 if the demo release goes over well. With that being said as having a percentage of the project when we receive the bulk of funds for the project you will get a percentage of those funds as well. For example one of our sponsors will give us between 5k and 500k dependent on how much they enjoy the demo and how well rounded and solid of a build it is. If you have earned a 5% stake in the company then from that one sponsor alone you will receive between 250$ or 25000$ Keep in mind there is no guarantee of the higher portion, as the funds we receive will be chosen between the two numbers provided by the sponsors and how they receive the demo as a whole. The main points will be, is it fun to play? does it have a good concept? Is the world rich with deep lore and development? Are the characters and character development tolerable? Does it run smoothly without major hiccups? Is it's art style appealing to the gameplay? Last would be is it pretty, the reason being the focus is on a strong level of gameplay and mechanics with it being fun as a game you'd want to continue to play over it just looking pretty.

As each role we expect you to either send us a resume of your work or send us proof of your work and what you are able to do. If you have nothing to show explain what you can do and we will sit you down and have you show us what you are capable of. Regardless of what you show us we will have you on a "trial" period if we consider you as a part of the team. During this trial you will create something for the team from your respective field. What you create will determine your position on the team. It will be determined from your ability to learn and grow in your respective position, coupled with your ability to create your quality work withing a reasonable time frame. We do understand certain creations take longer than others, the time frame is extended as needed within reason.

As a company we work at somewhat each individuals own pace but all under the basis of completing the work provided within the time frame given. For example if you are a 3d model artist and we need a creature designed and usable with high detail and a suitable poly amount then we give you a time frame you can work at your own pace as long as you are able to give updates on work and it is completed within the given time frame. We want you to be able to work comfortably to allow that creativity to flow while still completing tasks within a timely manner. We will group together to go over the work needed and at times work as teams while also being able to working as individuals to complete tasks. Whatever is needed at the time. Directions and objectives will be given from the Founder of the project, the Co-Founder and the leader of the respective field for said portion of the game needed at the moment. We are understandable to day jobs and college time considering this job wont pay until we hit our playable demo/alpha phase. With that in mind you must be able to give a reasonable amount of time to the project. We will give you work and tasks based around your schedule and skill level. The more time you are able to give and tasks you are able to complete will improve your percentage in the company as well as your quality of work. This is to promote a positive work ethic, we want people to feel proud of being part of this project as well as feeling confident with their incentive as their portion of the company increases. We work under the concept of you get what you earn. So if you pour your heart and soul into this game then it will give back to you. You can tell when a game has heart and soul poured into it. If the game has a good quality and feel to it while being fun. It will do well. In turn due to such it will make a good amount and you will make a good amount. So work for your love of the game to make it the best it can possibly be.

There are many more details to go in to but many of them are provided to those in the trial phase and onward to keep information at a good flow pace and to keep from overloading with too much information all at once.
