Need all talent for a small game every 10 days job

The goal here is for a team of people to make 1 small, but fully functional game in 10 days. You do not have to commit to more than 1 game, but i ask you not to email if you cannot commit to at least 1 FULL project. from start to finish. The work is unpaid, and these games will all be 100% free. Each idea will be chosen and agreed upon by us in the group, with a focus on variation (from previous titles) and game completion.

It wont likely be 100% accurate for every project, but in general it will look like this:
3 days brainstorming, test building, and concepts
3 days game building, work on in game elements
1 day game testing, and review
2 days game fixing, game building, Out of game elements
1 day refinements, MISC

A little about myself, my name is Josh, i have a fair amount of knowledge in every area of game development, but specialize in music, gui, and level design. I currently have 1 big project with a few other people on pause while we look for more to join the team. part of the reason i am doing this small game every 10 days is so i can find people to help out on my main project. which i can go into if we share mutual interests.

Im looking for anyone who can contribute to 10 successive days of work. I am not interested in the best graphic designer who is only free 2 hours a week, leaving the rest of the team waiting on them. We all want to have a completed project in 10 days.

the team will likely change in-between projects, and so will the game being made. because of this all positions are open. (if we dont need a 2d pixel artist now, perhaps we will later on.
