Hi,

I'm looking for a Sound FX/ Music Producer for an in-development indie game. Your role will be producing music of various genres and/or sound effects for the game. This role can be dual or split into one SFX and one music producer.

Game Overview:

Project Mars is a combination of classic Megaman platforming styled as a Shadow of the Colossus boss rush. We currently have a handful of bosses designed that span various genre fusions such as a very classic "Boss that is also a platforming level" such as in Shadow of the Collosus. Another example is a puzzler boss fight and also a rhythm boss fight.

Style:
We use a pixel art style for the game with elements of more complex graphics such as more advanced lighting and graphical effects. We would like to also follow this style in our audio and music.

Audio wise we'd like to stick to mainly "bitty" SFX and keep traditional but on the music side we'd like to expand more on fusing old and new styles. For this reason we'd like to have a bitty main sound to the music but mixed in with more contemporary guitar riffs and other instruments.

It is important to mention your role as the music producer will have you making music from various genres and styles as with our theme of having vastly different encounters from boss to boss. A few examples are a walking bass styled bitty jazz song and a Japanese style idol track that slowly devolves into a more heavy metal track.
