Job Description:
The HR Manager will be in charge of recruiting new talent. This includes posting job ads, filtering applications, and conducting interviews. Among the new talent, this person will be organizing teams and enforcing a strong communication between them. They will design a meeting schedule suitable to everyone's busy schedule. Most importantly, they will keep everyone happy and loving their job.
The game is a 2D open-world platformer RPG. Creativity on this project is a team effort, and every member has the right to speak. This is not a paid position. Participation on this team comes with experience, a name in the credits, a great portfolio piece, and hopefully full time employment in the future. Most of all, we aim to have fun. This is a great opportunity for someone trying to tap into the game industry.
