Bonjour Programmer,
My name is Raul, I am the founder of Stingray Games, 3D Modeler and character artist. The reason I am here(and this is not the first time I am here) is because a dear programmer of my team will no longer be able to continue for personal reasons. His exit couldn't come at a bad time and this impacted a few things I already had scheduled for last month and this month, therefore I have decided to come to IndieDB as soon as possible before more time passes.
The last programmer was working on our Demo that is to be available right as soon as the Funding Campaign goes live, unfortunately like I said my programmer will not be able to continue. I am looking for a programmer that would like to volunteer to work on our Demo so it's ready for the Fundraiser: you see, my last programmer was to stay working with me until the game was fully developed, we got paid for it and then we're off to wherever we wanted to, my plan was to keep him as a teammate and continue developing together.
As of now, Stingray is so close to finishing a funding campaign for our Project Bat that IndieGoGo will be hosting. We are missing just two important things; our intro video which is to be displayed at the start of the funding page, and our Project Bat Demo(that's where you the programmer comes in).
The campaign is to fund enough money to be able to afford Music, Developing tools and more.(I will make room on the budget to hire a programmer and have him/her continue working on the Whole game, that developer could be you of course).
Project Bat will surely give you a challenge as you develop it and I believe the more you learn the better you get. Project Bat is a Mystery Puzzle game relying on storytelling and puzzle solving. A young boy ventures though a desolated house looking for a kid, the more he stays inside the more he regrets going in. If you'd like to know more about the game you may ask for more details.
