Dear fellow Animator,
My name is Raul, I am founder and owner of a small Indie Game Studio called Stingray Games. Stingray Games is hard at work right now developing an upcoming 3D mystery puzzle game for PC and hopefully Wii U. We are to launch a fundraiser between June and July and for that we are hoping to make available a demo of the title we are working on, which brings me here to Indie DB. Every Fundraiser needs a strong introduction video, something to grab attention and make people want to fund the project immediately even if they don't know the full details, that's why I am looking for an animator who can create a 3D video teaser of the project. Using the main character and assets that are within the game I would like you to come up with a great video that visually explains what this game is all about.
A couple more details about the video, no more than 1 minute long, it has to include our main character, the character is rigged and skin weighed though I am not the best at painting skin weights so you may need to improve it just a little more. I already have assets but if you want you may create more just as long as they suit the original style of the game. The due date is by June 20 maybe a little longer than that.
Game Synopsis: This story takes place in the Sodium House: an abandoned residence that once belong to the Sodium Family and left to rot on Optogrim Road. According to the stories children tell around this neighborhood, if you are caught wandering around the house an old lady will get you and drag you into the house where you will never be seen or heard from again. Countless victims have gone missing and now it is up to a young boy and his loyal companion to solve the case.
