Hello!

We are currently seeking a 3D Artist/Modeler for work on both environment and props for our upcoming release. Seeking Artist/Modeler with expert knowledge of Unity 3D and is comfortable working remotely to work with us on a brand new video game. We are an established indie board game developer looking to move into the digital sphere. This will be a real-time with pause multi/single player rogue-lite strategy game. The theme is post nuclear apocalypse with zombies, so dark and gritty. We are planning to initially release on PC. The game is utilizing full 3D models with an isometric perspective.

The game is currently in a pre-alpha state and we are moving toward a full alpha build within the next few months. The components you would be working on include but are not limited to: concepting 3D environments & props, modelling 3D environments & props, and testuring said models.

Currently, while we work on funding this is an unpaid position so we are looking for someone who is passionate about the project and willing to dedicate time until we can obtain the necessary funding. Once funded we are expecting this position to last, at a minimum between 1 and 2 years with the possibility of extentions pending other projects. Once we have obtained funding we will budget the pay for the position so we are open to negotiation. We would prefer US based workers for ease of contracts but are open to individuals in other locations.

Must have:
• Good knowledge of Unity 3D
• Developed and implemented 3D models for Unity games and/or applications
• Capable of texturing models including UV, normal, spec, gloss, etc
• Good organization and motivation (self-directed)
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Strong work ethic and a good internet connection
• Interest in joining a small indie company to hopefully grow and expand onto future titles
• Passion for you work and the project
• 18 or older

Preferred:
• Degree in Art or related field. Skill is more important than education.
• Experience with NDO and DDO by Quixel

Please feel free to check out our site:GreenBrierGames.com.

If you are selected, you should make yourself available for a Google Hangout video interview. Upon a successful interview we may need some demo models that we could potentially utilize in our prototype.
