Lawgivers is a turn-based political simulation game for mobile platforms. The player takes control of a party to run for election and get the most seats as possible in parliament. Once inside the plenary, the parties compete to approve or abolish laws and satisfact their supporters. Each law has an effect on country's happiness, as well as on other factors such as safety, environment and healthcare. Black money plays a great role as it can be used for any illegal/unmoral activities like corruption or assassinations. The game rules written in the constitution are editable too.

Report RSS iOS BETA

Even through the crowdfunding campaign for iOS port failed, I will manage somehow to release for iOS.

Hello gamers :) As you probably noted, the kickstarter campaign didn't ended that well. I've understood that the marketing investment efforts would not be worth it. But I've found anyway a way to bring the game to iOS and the beta is currently running and open for everyone. Just sign up on this page with your email and you should get an activation link. HERE

◉ Referendum

Citizen can now decide to propose or reject laws if the constitutional system allows it. Probably the won't like new taxes :D

◉ Turkey & Switzerland

After the latest polls on twitter Turkey and Switzerland joins the game. With the new nations there was the need to add a new color for parties too: dark red.
