Slick annimations, fluid controls, brilliant yet classic level design, and a fistfull of content make this a superb indie game. Definately something that could hit the Xbox Live Marketplace or the Playstation Network. One of the most professionally made games to hit Desura yet.

Really brilliant game and amazing art style! Jack the price up! You could be making so much more!
Simple, challenging, smooth and fun. 10/10

One of the best platformers I've played in recent years. Gunman Clive's gameplay reminds me of 8 and 16-bit games like Shinobi, Mega Man and Ninja Gaiden, but the visuals and soundtrack give the game a laid back feel that really enhaces the overall experience.

For fans of 2D sidescrolling platformers, this is a must buy. And for the current price of 1,99, it's an absolute steal.

love the way it looks, even better is the sound (very catchy tune)...1 off just because I am so bad at this and I have to replay the levels over and over from the beginning (a mid level re-start would help me out here, but I know I am kind of a wimp... :) )

Simple and beatiful. Must a try at this price.

A wonderful platformer with an awesome retro vibe that reminds me of classics such as the Mega Man series. Beautiful art style and excellent music. I want more!

Quite unusual graphics hide nice but very old fashioned and extremely limited gameplay (your man can't even fire up or down and the levels only seem to go one way, limiting any exploration, secret-discovery or alternate routes.) Also, when you die you have to start a level again and some of them hold many instant deaths. This can lead to frustration.

The bosses are nice though and the 'old but good' gameplay is still there. I still get the feeling though that I've played it all before ... twenty-five or even thirty years ago (yeah, I'm very old).

That's right, 10/10. I consider this game perfect in what it sets out to do. It's basically a Megaman clone, but it never pretends otherwise. The controls are simple and satisfying, and the visuals are very unique.

It's quite short, but bear in mind that it's a mere $1.99, so I don't hold anything against it in that regard.

Very cool game.

Excellent game. If you have any affinity for Mega Man, check it out. Much like Mega Man, the game teaches you how to play it without throwing tutorials at you every minute. All of the levels are rather short as well, giving it an almost Super Meat Boy-esque element of trying to perfect your run on each stage and make it through as quickly and cleanly as possible.
