About the Game

Goat Herder is a curious mix of Lemmings and Dots and Boxes, in which you are tasked with safely guiding a pack of grass-hungry goats to the end of the level!

These goats love the greenest patch of grass there is, and they have the amazing ability to smell that patch from miles away! Unfortunately, their desire to get there is so big that they'll ignore almost anything on their path, meaning they crash into things or plummet into the abyss!

Place fences as fast as possible to alter their path, so they may get to that greenest patch of grass in safety - and then eat it. The goats don't wait for you, so you'll have to use everything that's in your fingers to win this game.

P.S. the game is free, and no ads. So you don't have to worry about commercials telling you to buy a dishwasher or to update your software.

This game is being developed by Studio Sloopkogel, a Dutch gaming studio consisting of three enthusiastic students!

About us, and our Goals

You might've read it already (or Googled it up), but we - the devs - are student developers from the Netherlands. We're currently challenged with building a game which at least hits in between 100 - 500 downloads in the store. But that's just a small requirement we must meet compared to the others.

The things that'll get us a high(er) grade is nailing the gameplay, making it fun, and getting as close to making a succesfull game as possible with the limited resources we have. That's why we really need your feedback to get this game to the top. Please don't feel shy to shoot at whatever you see, but be constructive. "It's bad" or "I hate it" is not sufficient enough for us to use.
