Greetings everyone – I know I’ve been saying this a lot, but I mean it: thanks to everyone for their support of this project. The response to the game has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m pretty excited about getting the Greenlight campaign finished and the game out there on Steam. I couldn’t do it without your help!

I wanted to take a moment to talk about one of the improvements I’ll be adding to the game for the Steam release.

As you can imagine, I had a lot of jokes/ideas from Ice Cream Social that got left on the cutting room floor for the HTML5 release of the game, and I’ve been going through my old notes and selecting stuff to add to the game to make the Steam release extra special. One of these things will be additional round ‘flavors’ – basically, the themed modifiers that make each round unique. Except these new ones will be expanded to have more elements to them, like boss rounds.

One of these rounds will be based on the Deerdevil character, of ICS/Geek Shock infamy (see Geek Shock #326). The current plan should see the character in full costume, doing his best to fight crime… or something. There’s definitely something there, guys.

I still haven’t decided how many of these additional rounds will be added yet, or what they’ll all be about, but I’m working on it. If anyone has any ideas they’d like to see, feel free to suggest them – it’s not too late!

Thanks for reading, and please share the Greenlight with your friends. Every ‘Yes’ vote counts!
