One of the largest updates we've implemented to Zombie Desperation is around the corner. It is so big, that we've decided to split it into two. As I had mentioned before, the new survival shop will bring currency (survivor points) and a shop where the players will be able to buy items to increase their survival.

One of the new items is the full ammo recharge. This brings a big big change to the game as you might have guessed. It means that the player will now have an inventory and will be able to stack up ammo through the levels, giving a new sense of strategy to the game, which lead us to another big change. If the player is able to stack up ammo, this means that the player will now be able to carry several weapons at the same time. Check out the screenshot below
Yeah, that's the new HUD (WIP). While the player is battling the hordes of the undead, he will be able to quickly access his arsenal with a swipe. All he has to do is to touch the bottom right hand gun icon for the guns menu to appear and then, quickly swipe towards the gun he wants to use. This method of switching guns is very effective in thing situation as it gives you plenty of time to think where your next shots need to be done. And it doesn't interrupt the gameplay action !
We should disapear the pause button too....JK
The items at the bottom of the HUD are passive items that activate or are used automatically and the items at the left of the screen(like the ice grenade there), are items you can activate by taping the icon.
Everything above has been already implemented into the game. Right now we are just ironing a couple details the HUD logic. The first part of the survival update will take place in a day or two. Stay tunned. And as always, if you have not played the game, feel free to give it a shoot. It is freeeeee
