Bounty Arms is an old-school 3d side-scrolling action game that utilizes modern technology from the Unreal Engine 3. Over the course of the final game you gather power-ups that hugely alter your character and weapon arsenal, travel across the galaxy to many different worlds, unlock hidden doors to secrets, join with new comrades, fight the multitude of varying enemies that each world will bring, and defeat the bosses that rule them. Currently only a single player demo but final game will be co-op 4 players in the future.
Description
Here is an updated 0.11 version of the UDK demo. It is basically the same as the previous demo, but it has weapon tweaks, menu additions, new music by Sean Beeson, and various general tweaks. The most noticeable addition is Lightmass which has a huge graphical impact on the level. Hope you Enjoy.

Could you make an "upgrade" file for those of us who already installed the demo?
Sorry, I don't even know if that is possible. This is based on a new build of the UDK and many things are completely changed. But, as it is, I create the build using the included UDK tools and it does not allow me to create an upgrade to a previous version.

also the old menu music was better
Joker, I would actually disagree about the music. In general, I found it to sound more 'epic' and appropriate for the game!
The controls are set up like this to move them over to the keyboard since the mouse is not used at all in our game. If you played it like this first then you'd feel weird playing with the mouse. It's just about habits forming. The new layout is much better for our game considering if you had to play on the keyboard. It's more based on how platform games used to control on PC.
But.. if you really would like the old layout you can grab this file and extract into your... /Bounty Arms Demo v0.11/UTGame/Config ... folder and over write the old file.

I'm not gonna say too much about the music but I think TheHills actually answered that one already. The style choice here is what we always had in mind for our game. But as it goes with music everybody has their taste and opinion. We just happen to go for the more epic kind of music for our game.

i only like the old much more
