What format must have a video? (Errror) Thread

Upload a video with the following error message:

I've deleted the video. The grounds: Error occured processing.

64,2 MB (67.353.984 Bytes)
How does a video be, make it work at MODDB?

Every conventional file format should work (mp4, avi, wmv,...).

What format are you trying to upload?

I have a mp4 video uploaded. In a first attempt, it did not work. That's why I asked.(any codec, size?) Now have I uploaded another video successfully.
