Viruses and malware Thread

i was wondering, do the mods for stalker shadow of chernobyl, and other mods, downloads have viruses?

They shouldn't, we are a community run site but any reported content will be checked and removed immediately.

Couldn't there be a way to implement a simple antivirus scanner to scan uploads as they come in? Obviously some things would get mis-flagged or slip by, but it would at least block/deter some of it, right?

we used too, but the majority of files we host are very large. We do attempt to screen all of them

Realistic mod 3.0 for Mount and Blade Warband contains a virus.

The virus fucks with your mouse. Don´t try it

I couldn´t find a way to report it on the mods own site, perhaps someone here know how to do it.
