Team balance Thread

Hello,
Does anyone know any games with really good team balancing?
It seems like some games just randomly throw people together without regard for a fair match. I have even seen games that seems to try to make a unbalanced match.
Of course it's difficult to make a good balance mechanism since are many factors in play.
It seems that even a team of strangers need a certain spark to make a good team and that might make it so difficult to "match" players.
But I was wondering if there are any games out there that have managed this.

You mean league of legends? HAHAHA
