ya, please let us know more about your team and project.

It's nice to meet up in the area if needed, but in this day and age, it's not entirelly necessary for development.
Unless yall do meet up in person to do your collaborating.
On the other hand, if your a registered company start up , then that would make more sense.
Until you specify these things, I don't see how you'll get any real useful responses.
