Hey there, searching for a programmer to work on a small, casual indie title. If you are skilled at creating games within programs like GameMaker or similar applications, that also works. :) There is pay (freelance contractual) and a chance to work on our main projects if all goes well. The work shouldn't last longer than two months. The applicant must know how to implement microtransactions, either within programming or the structure of game development software.

About DreamBoy LLC, we're an indie company, having released our first game, PipeWords, to critical acclaim, and would love to meet other devs on our quest for glory. Or cookies. We're working on a big project right now, but would love to work with someone fabulous to build casual titles on the side.

Must have a proven record of creating games (i.e. a portfolio)
Must have a proven record of games involving microtransactions
Knowledge of languages like C#, Java, etc. is a plus
Must be awesome to work with.
Must be a cool guy, isn't afraid of aliens or anything.

GameMaker, Microtransactions and a guy without a portofolio asking for tons of requirements and a big portofolio from another person.........

I am pretty sure you don't even know what you are talking about.

Usually a small, casual indie title doesn't involve Microtransactions......

That sounds more like a joke than a requirement.
