Hey, To anyone who's willing to teach me C++, I could use the help. Perhaps we could even negotiate for payment for some lessons. I would deeply appreciate it.

I do C++ for the last ten years and learn new stuff every time I try to program, in short it's a one way trip, that could start with:
Mindview.net
those are free books.
Old, but still the best self teaching books I've ever read; and still relevant in learning C++.
Next is a forum for C++ for questions
Forums.codeguru.com
and
Stackoverflow.com
if any of those forums can't answer your question, no one can.

Finally, get a simple IDE, like Codelite
Sourceforge.net
before moving to bigger and better IDEs. Because those bigger IDEs are excellent to make big programs, not to start learning C++ .

Best, and welcome to the C++ club :D
