Mines of Moria for Full Invasion concept map Thread

Basically what I want to create is a mines of Moria map on the scale of what the minis tirith map is. This will be a passion project and learn as you go kind of thing, so if there is anyone willing to help join me on this quest it would be much appreciated. Most of the conceptual designs and reference photos have been done so now its just about making the game assets and importing them to the mod. The program I have been using to build the assets is blender and for the most part its been a struggle, it would be great if I could get some tips and pointers on how to start a map from the ground up.
