FCR mod for Witcher Enhanced Edition Thread

Hello,

I am new to this site and action RPG's in general. I am trying to find the FCR mod for The Witcher Enhanced Edition. I went to the page in a link I found at YouTube for this mod. However, I could not find any link the enabled me to DL that mod.

I clicked on the "Full Combat Rebalance" link but that only took me a page that had info about the mod but no link to DL it.

I clicked on the "The Witcher mod" link but got taken to a page about the 10 year anniversery of The Witcher but no link for the mod I am looking for.

I clicked on the "files" link but got a 404 the first time. I tried again and got a message saying that "No files were found matching..."

Is that mod still available? If it is, can somebody tell me where?

Or is it possible I screwed up somewhere (I have been know to do that) and the link was right in front of me?
