C&C The first decade Problems Thread

so im trying to play generals zero hour but my computer says it cant find the disk. i played it right after i installed it and it worked fine but there was a smaller problem with and it required a change to the compatibility settings, so i did that and it wouldnt play afterwords. i changed the setting back to normal but it still didnt play. the disk does show up under the computer file so the computer can find the disk but says i cant when i try to play the game. i tried the disk in another computer and it worked fine so its just something with this computer, idk. but if anyone knows what the hell is wrong then please help.
