Hello. I am Göksan Güner, creator and programmer of Flawed Ones: Puppeteer. Flawed Ones: Puppeteer is a strategy game where there are 2 castles connected via 3 lanes. You can train units, build buildings, use skills/tools, etc. If you know old Warcraft3 maps like Tech Wars, this game resembles mostly with those maps. The main game play is a combination of simulated combat/strategy/action. It is currently on Steam Greenlight and IndieGoGo. The whole scenario is told in our unique shadow play cinematics. It is about a simple puppeteer who ventures between towns and cities to make a living. One day he performs a show about some poor children who steal a delicious looking cake. The guards catch them and beat them down to death. But this also happens in real world, in front of his audience as well, while he still performs. That day he surprisingly gains the power of controlling people by his shadow theatre stage. The game tells the rest of the story. If you are interested in the story please have a look at our intro video: There will be lots of cutscenes like this. You will also play mini shadow play shows to make your own decisions. Like:
Why are we catching a butterfly is a spoiler of course . I find our idea promising because it will have a unique strategy gameplay with controversial philosophical references, while the story and theme gets along suitably. If you like the game please give us a feedback or support us on IndieGoGo and Steam Greenlight. |
